Meg has worked for SPX Flow as a virtual PA since February 2017, covering administration of leadership team meetings and weekly tasks that can be completed remotely. Meg came to us at a time where our budget meant that increasing headcount was not an option, but we needed more support, the option of using a virtual PA to flex around our needs has been invaluable. Meg is professional, reliable and as she already knew our business (having worked for SPX Flow prior to setting up her business) was able to hit the ground running. Meg worked for Shared Services Forum UK at the height of our transition involving a complete end to end business make over. She was able to hit the ground running in many aspects including stepping in on a flexible basis to bridge the gap between Forum Managers and ultimately making sure our transition remained on track. Although Meg worked for the Forum for a short time, whilst she was in involved she helped revitalise and reinvigorate and bring some much needed energy and enthusiasm within our membership. Two of the most desired behaviours in any team, Meg provides in abundance, which is energy and enthusiasm She received excellent feedback from our Network Chairs for the support she gave them. She was instrumental in the organisation of our Annual Conference for 300 delegates in October. She has a passion for organisation which was again demonstrated in successfully organising our final event of 2017 at the House of Commons for 60 of our Leaders. This event was attended by Bob Blackman MP with a keynote speaker of Alastair Campbell. Again Meg received brilliant feedback from the event due to her organisational skills, professionalism and enthusiasm.

Meg has been working with me at You Say Tomato Cooking since March 2018. I was looking for support with day to day administration for the business on a flexible basis and have to say that Meg fits the bill. She has picked up the business model in a very short time and is working alongside me and supporting my plans for 2018. This summer we have a big project on the go and Meg is taking the lead to project manage it, ensuring that all members of the team (who work remotely) communicate effectively and keep on track.
